This is the first album by The Menstrual Cramps, recorded at home in 2017 before they'd played any gigs, and self-released online. This 2025 version now available on vinyl and CD for the first time is remastered and comes with a 32 page lyric booklet. Although it's still lo-fi the songs are well crafted, with raw energy, catchy tunes and in your face lyrics.
